Counseling

Besides channeling Ommara, Jess offers a number of healing tools which she brings to her counseling work. These include:

~ Psychosynthesis Coaching and Psychotherapy

~ Empathetic communication skills support for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

~ Inner tracking support, which enables one to deepen their awareness and acceptance of Self through the felt sense. This focusing or inner tracking allows one to draw from the wisdom and the power within the body to heal emotional and physical wounds. This is a profound tool for freeing oneself from triggers that prevent one from being fully present, joyous, expressive, and fearlessly awake.

~ Prenuptial counseling, this work involves two parts; first there is empathetic communication skills support followed by delving into key questions that are intended to help illuminate the core values, expectations, and desires for the individuals within a relationship and for the relationship itself. This work can be lot’s of fun and very beautiful!

~ Parts and hypnotherapy for issues around addiction, anxiety, depression, performance, attention, phobias, and much more. Jess is presently becoming a certified hypnotherapist. More soon!
